Researchers have found that maximum number of people have adapted unhealthy food which had led to maximum heart disease cases across the world. The following are the various foods which have to be avoided by heart patients.

  • Processed meats
  • Pastries
  • Junk foods
  • High-sodium foods
  • Packaged meals

Dairy products with high cholesterol such as butter, heavy cream are really bad for the heart as they produce high amounts of cholesterol. Processed meat such as red meat is also risky for the heart health.
