Congestive heart failure is caused when there is irregular pumping of blood. One of the main causes that lead to heart failure is fast food and fussy drinks. The saturated fats in these type of food and drinks gives rise to obesity and diabetes which in turn causes heart diseases and then the risk of heart failure. 

Researchers found that regular consumption of fast foods leads to increase of heart failure. Habitually drinking soft drinks such as soda and other fizzy drinks may cause high risk, which leads the person to die from a heart failure. Several fast foods like French fries, fried chicken and fried snacks are often consumed which has been the main reason responsible for increasing the risk for heart failure.

If we consume high amount of salt, sugar and hydrogenated fat, you are at risk for a heart stroke. If you are worried about your life then you want to keep these out of your normal diet. There are many fuzzy drinks that increases risk in heart failure. Other health conditions can be developed from the consumption of fuzzy drinks like increase in the blood sugar level which leads to diabetes and weight gain that can also cause heart problems.

There are many natural sugars found in many fruits, vegetables along with this there are many minerals, vitamins and antioxidants which is good for healthy. Drinking water and healthy fruit juices in the place of fuzzy drinks is the best choice.  

The best way to prevent heart failure is to stay healthy and eat healthy because, prevention is better than cure.
